This week in literacy we have been learning how to write stories with a beginning middle and end. We had to try and use paragraphs. This was trickier than it sounds.

In topic, we have been learning about where fruit and vegetables grow. We know some grow on trees, on bushes, vines, above ground and underground. We also looked at how crops are harvested. There are different machines for different types of crops. e then had to design a machine that could harvest crops.

In maths, we are learning about multiplying and dividing. We know that multiplying is the short way of adding and dividing is sharing equally.

As the weather as really nice this week, we have done different activities outside. We had reading, finished our farm machines and made our fruit and vegetable posters outside! We have even got to do the Xcite programme outside!
