We’re back!
A short but busy week. We made memory wheels – this was our way of telling Mrs Ghafoor what we did in the holidays. We edited letters which were written by members of the class. We also learned about using facial expressions to show how we feel and tried to recognise how others felt by reading their expressions. We had to draw a monster by following instructions in French – it was tricky but we got lots of clues. We played ‘Simon dit’ (Simon says) and were very good at it.
In maths we created a survey and used an ipad app to create a bar graph. Those who had more than 6 options in the survey had to make a bar graph using squared paper instead as the ipad app could only record 6 options.
We have been busy practicing for our assembly this week and it’s been great fun. We were working as independent groups and were being responsible citizens.
Enjoy your weekend!
Hi Primary 4b,
I’m really sad that I won’t see your assembly next week as ill be in Belgium with the P7’s. I know that it will go really well and your families will be very impressed with your work. I’m looking forward to hearing all about how it went when I get back to school.
Have a lovely weekend.
Miss Henderson

I like the sound of the memory wheels.
I’m really excited about the assembly on Friday. It’s going to be great and we’ve all been working very hard on our parts.
Hello 4b,
An exciting week ahead for you with assembly coming up. I know you and Mrs Ghafoor will be hard at work practising and polishing your performance for the rest of the school and all the family members who’ll come along to see you. I’m looking forward to it. Maybe some of you could share your memory wheels with me? I think this sounds like a lovely way of sharing news.
Mrs Spence
I’m looking forward to doing the part of Stuart in assembly.
