The ‘Rag Bag’ recycling scheme has been developed to provide regular fundraising for schools in Scotland.
The scheme increases awareness about textile recycling and by increasing recycling rates we can help the environment by ensuring less material goes to landfill.
We can accept the following items:
- Wearable Clothing
- Paired Shoes
- Handbags
- Belts
We cannot accept the following items:
- Workwear
- Wet/Soiled Clothes
- Curtains
- Towels
- Duvets or Duvet Covers
- Pillows or Pillow Cases
- Blankets
- Table Cloths
- Linens
- Cushions
- Carpets
- Suitcases
- Books
- Bric a Brac
- Clothes Hangers
- Electricals
We have a collection bin beside the nursery which is emptied at least twice a year. Donation bags are available from the nursery
