Keyworker & Vulnerable Children

In line with Scottish Government guidance, school remains open from 7th January for children of keyworkers and vulnerable groups of children.

In order to reduce the risk of transmission of the virus we all need to work together to ensure that children should remain at home where possible.   We ask all families  to continually revisit their own individual circumstances considering the key questions below:

Are you a key worker who is physically attending their workplace or who cannot fulfil their critical functions when you are working remotely from home?

Are you a keyworker who can work from home?

Is there another non-key-worker parent or carer who is able to, or is already working from home?

We ask that if there is another adult at home (working or otherwise) that your child should remain at home.

For children who are attending school for supervision during the school day, remote learning provided online by class teachers will be completed and supported in line with peers working at home.  Groups of children will be supervised by a member of school staff – this may not be a class teacher.
