Staffing Update

Lisa Boa is Acting Head of Nursery (between Hillview and Wellgreen) over the  2017 summer holiday period.

Lisa will take up the permanent post of Peripatetic Depute Head of Nursery (between Hillview and Wellgreen) from the start of the new term (21st August 2017) .

Jordan Campbell is temporary Senior Early Childhood Educator over the 2017 summer holiday period and will revert back to her substantive post as Early Childhood Educator from the start of the new term (21st August 2017).

Alan Easton will revert back to his substantive post as Senior Early Childhood Educator from the start of the new term (21st August 2017).

Julie Smith is returning to Hillview Nursery to take up the permanent post of Early Childhood Educator from the start of the new term (21st August 2017). Julie will be working in the Sunflower Room.

Alison Logan will continue as Acting Head of Nursery.

New Online Payment Service – ParentPay

New online payment service – ParentPay

We are pleased to announce that we now accept payments online for items such as lunch money and nursery fees. Using a secure website called ParentPay you are able to pay online using your credit or debit card.  ParentPay is our preferred method of making payments to schools and nurseries.

Activation letters have been distributed, if you have mislaid your activation letter we can re-issue this please ask a member of staff or call at the office. Should you wish to view the ParentPay website please click on the link provided https://www.parentpay.com.

• The technology used is of the highest internet security available ensuring that your money will reach school safely – offering you peace of mind

• Payments can be made by credit/debit card or also through PayPoint

• Full payment histories and statements are available to you securely online at anytime

• Your children will not have to worry about losing money at school

• Parents can choose to be alerted when their balances are low via email and/or SMS text

• You can help us reduce workloads for all staff as no more counting cash, chasing debt and stop cash collection services.

• Creates more time to lend to educational support and the smooth running of the school.

• Help to reduce anti-social behaviour

• Using ParentPay also ensures that all financial transactions are safe and secure – helping us to remove costs associated with us having to manage cash securely on the school premises.

How to get started with ParentPay?

We will receive your account activation details, once you receive these:

• Visit www.parentpay.com

• Enter your Activation username and password in the Account Login section of the homepage.

NB. These are for one-time use only, you will choose your own username and password for future

access during the activation process

• Provide all the necessary information and choose your new username and password for your

account – registering your email address will enable us to send you receipts and reminders

• Once activation is complete you can go to straight to Items for payment, select which item(s) you want to add to your basket and proceed to complete your payment

Welcome to Hillview Children and Family Centre. We are a Stirling Council Early Learning and Childcare setting.

The Nursery is situated in the Borestone area of Stiring and the address is – Cultenhove place, Stirling, FK7 9DU.

You can contact us in a variety of ways: phone – 01786 446283, email  –hillviewcafc@glow.sch.uk.

We are open 50 weeks a year (closed 1 week at Christmas and 1 week at Easter), from  8.30am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. We also close for the 5 in-service days.

Children who use the Early Learning and Childcare setting are aged 6 weeks to 5 years and we can also accommodate primary school aged children during the School holiday periods. cropped-download.jpg
