Crianlarich Primary School is in Stirling Council and serves the communities of Crianlarich, Tyndrum and includes provision for pupils in the Bridge of Orchy catchment area.  The drive from Stirling takes just over an hour in good weather, but the scenery gets better and better taking in Rob Roy country, Glen Ogle and finally the run from Lix Toll, which is through some of the finest scenery in Scotland; it is quite breathtaking.
