On behalf of everyone at Buchlyvie Primary School, I would like to welcome you to our website.\u00a0 Our aim is to ensure that all children have a positive experience at school.\u00a0 Our ethos is based on shared values of honesty, respect, confidence,\u00a0courage and kindness.<\/p>\n

We encourage our pupils to be responsible for their learning, to grow in confidence and become independent.\u00a0 Children come to school with a wealth of knowledge and understanding about the world around them, it is our aim to build on these skills and promote a willingness and enthusiasm to learn more.<\/p>\n

We believe that our children learn best when members of staff \u00a0 work in partnership with parents and carers. We\u00a0build positive relationships \u00a0with parents and carers by involving\u00a0them\u00a0in school activities. We hope that\u00a0clear communication through our website will\u00a0strengthen our partnership with parents.<\/p>\n

We are very proud of our school and our pupils’ achievements.\u00a0 We believe that the combination of our committed staff, the individuality of our pupils and the support of their families will help to make Buchlyvie a fun and creative place to learn.
