imageWe started chitting our potatoes this week. 3 different types of potatoes at the moment.  We also got an e-mail from Anne at Albert Bartletts, who has agreed to come and give us advice about our Tattie Field.

Where we plan to plough

We have contacted our local farmer and he has agreed to plough two strips of 5m long.  Primary 7 have calculated how much potato seed we need and bought them from a local supplier.

We have some community volunteers on board with us and we hope to support each other to develop a thriving community of vegetable growers.

Borestone Primary School

We are a small urban school on the outskirts of Stirling. We have extensive school grounds on the site of the Battle of Bannockburn and plan to plough and work our very own Tattie Field.
