INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SUPPORT<\/p>\n
> Working with a small group\/individual pupil to consolidate skills under the direction\/supervision of teachers to promote effective, independent learning and teaching.<\/p>\n
> Supporting pupils with significant difficulties<\/p>\n
> Working as above to support differentiation of class work.<\/p>\n
> Assisting pupils with the use of IT<\/p>\n
> Supporting Literacy and Numeracy development<\/p>\n

> Helping with differentiation of worksheets and materials<\/p>\n
> Departmental minutes<\/p>\n
> Support with specific assessment tools ( Marking and scoring)<\/p>\n
PROVIDING SPECIALIST SERVICES<\/p>\n
> Reading\/scribing\/prompting in assessments<\/p>\n
> Using the specialist resources and materials to support pupils<\/p>\n
> Use sound, professional knowledge to support pupils<\/p>\n
> CPD training to update knowledge and skills<\/p>\n
> Contributing to team meetings<\/p>\n
> Providing essential information on pupils they work with in classes<\/p>\n
> Providing relevant information to teachers\u2019 records and reports on pupil progress in confidence<\/p>\n
> Supporting pupils with tasks that they may find difficult on account of a particular disability<\/p>\n
