There are a few common causes for this\u2026<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your child\u2019s account may have jumped onto a different account during the sign in process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>You may have to put a different ending (<strong>@sl.glow.scot<\/strong> instead of <strong>@glow.sch.uk<\/strong>) when signing directly into the Google Classroom app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All problems that we have encountered in the past, including the two above, are explained in the section below.
