If you have already applied for a Hub Place as a Key Worker, you do not need to reapply. Unless I contact you directly, your place is confirmed and your child(ren) may attend on the days requested.
If your circumstances have changed and you no longer need the Hub place, please email the school office to let us know.
The current booking form for Hub Provision for 7th to 15th January 2021 will close at 9am on Wednesday 6th January 2021 to allow staff rotas to be finalised.
Please note that Hub provision is emergency child care only and you should only apply if you meet the criteria and have no other childcare arrangements available.
