As you will see from the calendar these focus on the UNICEF Rights of the Child and link to world events, world religions, famous people and our school values.<\/div>\n<div data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\"><\/div>\n<div data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">We aim for our assemblies to be inclusive and respectful of all beliefs. However, parents and carers have the right to withdraw their child from assemblies that include religious or RME content. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact the school to discuss appropriate arrangements.<\/div>\n<div data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Our\u00a0<span class=\"markfq28pbmuc\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">assemblies<\/span>\u00a0also have an achievement focus each week and the House Captains award the House Certificates. Pupils are also awarded &#8220;Star of the Week&#8221; for each class. If a pupil has achieved an award\/ experienced a success at external activities (such as gymnastics, swimming, Cubs etc) these are also celebrated.
