Our environment is stimulating, responsive, fun, both indoors and out.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>To provide an environment that encourages and values mutual trust. Where we have respect for every individual and their individual needs in a non-judgemental way.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>To foster the idea of Life-Long Learning, excitement in challenge and an environment where motivation for learning is found.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>To ensure our younger children are encouraged and supported through South Lanarkshire Council\u2019s planning for 0-5 years guidance document \u2018Together We Can and We Will\u2019.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>To encourage and support each child\u2019s progress in becoming;<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Responsible citizens<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Effective contributors<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Successful learners<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Confident individuals<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>To provide well planned, relevant, effective and stimulating learning opportunities which are developmentally appropriate, stimulating, challenging and build on each child\u2019s own experiences and interests.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>To ensure and encourage children to express their views, make choices, influence decisions, and to be aware that these contributions are valued by others.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>To build on children\u2019s self-esteem, encourage them to listen to each other and be confident when working with others.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Our staff will be professional, respectful and enthusiastic. We will strive to build honest and caring relationships with all our nursery users.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>To provide a high-quality service that promotes development and learning for all and involves staff, parents\/carers and children in the monitoring, evaluation and the development of the Centre.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Staff will strive to have open communication with all stakeholders. We will make time to share information with parents\/carers.
