Perhaps you spotted the children on the train from Hamilton giving out Flyers and\/or playing in the sunshine at Hamilton Central Train Station ? St Elizabeths Community is a member of Community Rail Partnership 74 (CRP 74) in which groups of local people around the train line from Rutherglen to Hamilton Central, meet with Scotrail to improve their local environment .Our school is currently part of a group with Blue Triangle and Hamilton OT (Occupational Therapy) designing and carving a Totem Pole for Hamilton West Station.Since January the children have worked with an artist and will shortly visit Workshops in Lanark to see where their design became real !!All 13 pupils ,after giving out leaflets and playing music,were then treated to a lunch in St Mary`<\/code>s \u00a0Episcopalian Church in the company of many community groups and senior staff from Scotrail and Abellio …and what a great impression they made.Well done and to Mrs Hart and Mrs Byrne for supporting them with transport and supervision.<\/p>\n
