France, Germany, Canada, and the US are all in agreement with the UK over the Novichok poisoning in Sailsbury earlier this year, saying that the Russian government “almost certainly” approved it.

Russia is being urged to fully disclose its Novichok programme.

The world leaders met at the United Nations to discuss the attack on Sergei Skripal (former Russian spy) and his daughter Yulia in March and it’s resulting fallout.

Russia still deny they are involved.
