Our Nursery provides a fantastic learning environment for our younger children. The experienced team work closely together to ensure our children have positive learning experiences in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Application forms for registration are available from the school. It should be noted that even if you register your child for nursery in a school this does not mean that they will automatically be enrolled at this school when they are ready to start primary school.

The Nursery team were praised at our last Care Inspectorate unannounced inspection in October 2017. Two indicators were assessed (The Environment and Care & Welfare) and were graded Very Good.

The Inspector “spent time in the nursery playroom and observed children who were happy, settled and enjoying a variety of play experiences. The interactions between staff and children were friendly and nurturing which created a positive environment.”

“The service provided a high level of care to service users and their families within a welcoming and nurturing environment. Staff were very responsive to children’s individual needs including their choice of activities and requests. Children with specific needs were well cared for due to staff implementing responsive care techniques.”
