Tuesday Challenge

I hope you are all ready for your next Tuesday Challenge. This one will be a CHALLENGE! (if you have a long first name) 😉

Using the letters of your first name, choose the exercises linked to those letters to come up with a short workout to try at home. I am going to try it out with my name today and will post of a video of my attempt. Feel free to send pictures and videos to the school email address so I can see your attempt.

A – 5 press-ups             B – 10 sit-ups

C – Running on the spot (15 seconds)            D – 10 star jumps

E – 10 second plank          F – 5 squats

G – 5 burpees           H – 10 lunges

I –  8 mountain climbers         J – 10 press-ups

K – 10 squats          L – 10 squat jumps

M – Running on the spot (30 seconds)          N – 10 second break

O – Spin around in a circle 5 times          P – 20 bunny hops

Q – 5 star jumps           R – Hop on one foot 10 times

S – Pick up a ball without using your hands

T – Get an adult in the house to do 10 star jumps

U – Your choice          V – 10 side lunges          W – Do a roly poly

X – 4 mountain climbers        Y – 10 squats         Z – 5 squat-jumps
