P5 had lots of fun at the panto on Tuesday! The show was ‘Beauty And The Beast’. It was super fun and I got picked to go on stage and do the Superman dance! Hope we can go again next year 🙂

Learners in P5 have been using the reading strategy of visualisation to create posters about Wilbur the pig. Roll up, roll up to see Zuckerman’s famous pig! (Charlotte’s Web)
Learners have been working hard to collaboratively recreate some Jo Lo Mo artwork. Amazing!
Learners in P5 have been working with Mrs Hollinger, the music specialist, to read music and identify different notes and their features.
After the two minute silence on Monday, learners created Remembrance Day Acrostic poems in memory of all those affected by war.
This week P5 have been discussing ways in which we can support anti-bullying within our school by making small changes. Learners have create great pledges to support this. Change starts with us!
Learners in P5 have been learning about the germination of plants and the conditions needed for a plant to grow. Look at our amazing pea and broad bean plants!
P5 have been learning the vocabulary for animals in French using games.
Learners in P5 have been working together to create a class charter, using their hand prints as a promise for this charter.
P5 have been using drama to express the difference between children that have their rights and children who do not.
