We encourage healthy competition through the establishment of School Houses. Candidates for House Captain are drawn from Primary 7 and are elected after they have applied for the post, presented their ideas to the whole school, and then interviewed by pupils, parents and Senior Leadership Team.
House captains for 2025 – 26 are:
Milton: House Captain – Jessica F & Vice Captain – Rory G
Brownlee: House Captain – Grace B & Vice Captain Alistair D
Clyde: House Captain – Ruby Q & Vice Captain Brooke M
Mauldslie: House Captain – Kyle R & Vice Captain Lucas A
All children are allocated a house when they arrive at Law Primary School. Children can gain house points throughout the day when they are awarded by support assistants, class teachers and the leadership team. House points are also awarded at assemblies and when children become a House Hero.
