Our staff use this to engage in dialogue with our pupils, discussing their emotions, what may have caused them to feel this way and what they feel in their body (linking with the Emotion Works strategies). Over time, pupils build greater self-esteem, resilience, and independence, allowing them to handle challenges more effectively. Within our school, we have scheduled nurture time with a specific intervention focus through the use of Boxall Profiles for each child. These sessions provide a safe, structured space where children can explore feelings, build self-awareness and strengthen regulation strategies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"410\" data-end=\"706\">Through guided activities and supportive adult facilitation, pupils develop confidence in expressing emotions, problem-solving and managing relationships.
