Led by Nicola, our Curriculum Lead, and supported by Lauren Y,\u00a0 Ciara, Lauren P,\u00a0 Lisa and Caitlyn our dedicated team works together to provide a rich, responsive, and well-rounded curriculum that supports each child\u2019s development.<\/p>\n<p>We prioritise strong communication and collaboration between families, Early Years Workers, the children themselves, outside agencies, and other settings. This joined-up approach helps us plan and deliver meaningful learning experiences tailored to each child\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n<p>Our curriculum is flexible and responsive. We listen closely to the children and ensure they have a voice in shaping their learning.<\/p>\n<p>Quality learning happens both indoors and outdoors, with thoughtfully designed spaces that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence.
