We are a Rights Respecting School and teach our children about their rights through weekly assemblies, classroom activities and the general day to day life and work of the school. Our School Behaviour and Relationships Policy, \u2018The High Blantyre Way,\u2019 reflects our core values and rules \u2018Ready, Respectful and Safe,\u2019 and attachment informed approach to managing and supporting children to understand their emotions and behaviour.<\/p>\n

We are having a big focus on respect for each other and our school environment. Staff have been motivating pupils to look after their property and take pride in their school. There has been a reduction in lost property and the school is looking particularly tidy.<\/p>\n

Our Leadership Team have been giving out ‘Cool Cards’ designed by our pupil voice groups to pupils seen displaying our values ‘Ready, Respectful and Safe.’<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
