It has been a busy and positive start to the new school year. All of our pupils are settling well into their new classes and are enjoying becoming familiar with their new routines.
Our school environment is looking tidy, welcoming and well organised, creating a positive atmosphere for learning. We are also delighted to introduce two new sensory rooms, which are timetabled and supported by staff throughout the school day.
The sensory rooms are already having a positive impact on our pupils. One child described the space as “relaxing and helpful”, explaining that the dark, calming environment helps them to focus and concentrate during the day. We look forward to seeing the many benefits these spaces will bring to our school community
