• Reading Passport

Spelling homework this week is a bit different than normal.  On Friday you will be tested on a random selection of 20 words from the last 8 weeks spelling words.  Spend time revising the rules and focusing particularly on those words which you got incorrect in the tests.  Make use of your homework jotter, the strategies on the inside front cover and Spelling City to help you prepare for the test.

There is one maths homework sheet based on addition.

For your reading challenge, choose ONE of the articles below to read and then record it on page 7 of your reading passport.  One article is more challenging than the other so please choose the article which you feel best suits your ability:

Your Reading Passport should also be a record of all of the books you read between now and next May so each time you finish a home lending book or personal book, then record it in your passport.
