Homework this week is 2 worksheets based on fractions, spelling and a challenge based on your Reading Passport.

For the reading challenge, you need to read a newspaper article, either a paper copy or access one online (e.g. www.childfriendlynews.com).  Fill out the author and date details in your Reading Passport.  Again in the ‘What I thought’ section, use your note taking skills (ABC-LOU) to summarise what the story was about and briefly state your opinion on it.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WEEK, 10 PEOPLE DID NOT HAVE THEIR READING PASSPORT WITH THEM.  THIS IS A SCOTLAND WIDE SCHEME AND IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT WE ALL TAKE PART!
