\n| Main discussion points from today:<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Benefits of an author talking to school \u2013 would encourage people to read and maybe even try to write something themselves.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 What we can put on our wall display \u2013 add book covers and book reviews so people can see recommendations and get ideas of new authors to try. Have books recommended that will be appropriate for infant, junior and senior areas.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 We could carry out a survey in the classes to see who people\u2019s favourite authors are and these could then be used to help people get recommendations for new books to try.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n |
