Just a small reminder that on Thursday it is World Book Day. You can come to school dressed as a character from one of your favourite books. Also if you have a favourite fairytale (or book) from when you were younger please bring it in. On Thursday there is also a special menu which includes Spanish rice and French pizza.

if you post a comment about someone that comment will be there forever! Even if you delete it.

dental checks
hey everyone just to say that we had our dental checks today i dont know about you but i hate going to the dentast, i just dont like it because i had to get two teeth taken out once and i dispise blood. well enough about me please tell me what YOU think of going to the dentast in the comments!!!! bye

my badges at scouts
On Friday night I got three new badges firstly I got my personal badge then my community badge and lastly I got the Pioneering badge. I got my personal badge for a personal challenge was to talk about my karate achievements. Next I got my community badge for being a part of the rememberance day service at the local church. then I got my Pioneering badge for how to tie knots which will always be handy to know. hopefully this will not be the last badges I will get.
Homework.
Language – Spelling. Learn to spell the words given in class shrugged, skimmed, sobbed, slammed, throbbed, stunned, grinned, planned, trimmed, drummed.
Maths – sheet given out on Tuesday.
Maths – spend time revising tables.
French – write a short sentence or two about yourself in French. Think about your name, age, eye colour, birthday, favourite colour etc.
Topic – guitar task continued from last week.

Write an article and post it on the blog. Remember the rules and check you’re writing something interesting and relevant.
Create a simile explaining how someone is running. Write it as a comment in this post. A personal point for the first to comment and a point for the most interesting one.

Set the table for dinner at least one night and help to clear up. Get someone to sign to say you’ve done this.

Today the Council decided to keep on the buses for Cathkin High and the rest of South Lanarkshire – amazing result!! 🙂
