Children’s Rights
We are pleased to share that our school is continuing their journey as a Rights Respecting School, which means children will be learning about their rights—such as the right to be safe, the right to express themselves, and the right to an education—across all areas of the curriculum. The aim is to help all pupils understand that these rights come with responsibilities, and to foster a respectful, caring community. Welcome to the start of the new term at High Blantyre Primary School and Nursery Class. I hope you all had a lovely summer and enjoyed spending time with your children and families. The sun always shines on the first day of school and it was great to see all our children (and parents/carers) smiling on their way into school this past week.
