Today 12 pupils from Whiteness P6/7 went to the STEM event in the Museum! We put together a little presentation to present to the judges. Before the judging we did some activities to do with STEM. We had five minutes at each activity. On one of tables was a pile of cards and we had to make jumping frogs and some people found this one difficult. On another table was a bag of blocks and we had to make a bridge. After the fun activities we had lunch followed by a talk from a man called Andrew Murdoch who works at the gas plant. Afterwards they presented the awards. Whiteness came first for the presentations and Cunningsburgh came first for the activities!! In total there were 11 teams. We received a trophy and £100 to spend on STEM supplies for the school. We all very proud.
