Well done to P2/3 who have recently completed a sponsored fun run to raise money for the Akamba African Aid Project.

As a class,  they have run the total distance of a half marathon by running 100m lengths of Harbison Park.

They raised an excellent total of £640 for the Akamba African Aid Project.  This money will go towards improving the access to fresh water at a Primary School and some more mosquito nets.

Here they are handing the cheque over to Dr Buckle.
