Here are some photos of Christmas displays in the Primary department seeing as it’s another year of parents not being able to see inside the school at Christmas.

This term we had a mini Christmas around the world topic with each class. They had to find out how Christmas was celebrated in either Germany, Spain, Italy, Croatia or Portugal. This will tie in with an upcoming Languages week next term. For the past few weeks, Miss Holzheimer has been working with Primary 7 to teach them about Christmas traditions in Germany which they have all really enjoyed.

Each class has been busy with Christmas crafts in the past few weeks, here are some photos from outside P2/3 and P5/6.

Last year, due to Covid restrictions keeping classes apart, we started a door decorating competition and it really brightened up the corridor along with out fairy lights. We have decorated classroom doors again this year and classes voted for their favourite. Well done to all classes for taking part and congratulations to Primary 1 for their winning door.
