Some of S2 made Focaccia today, and used a range of vegetables to turn the bread into a work of art.
Skills developed included measuring, kneading, shaping, cutting, time management and creativity.
Pupils also learned about the action of yeast in bread making and how to increase our intake of vegetables by adding them to recipes.
Here are the finished products, created by Brenna, Andy, Aaron, Carla, and Evie. I hope they taste as good as they look – well done everyone!
