That\u2019s why we place a strong focus on the health and wellbeing of every pupil in our care.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"345\" data-end=\"635\">We aim to create a safe, caring and supportive environment where children feel valued, respected and ready to learn. We believe that helping children to understand and manage their emotions, build positive relationships, and develop healthy habits is just as important as academic learning.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"673\">How We Support Pupil Wellbeing:<\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"1525\">\n<li data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"855\">\n<p data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"855\"><strong data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"697\">Emotional Support<\/strong> \u2013 Our staff are trained to support children with their feelings. We have a caring pastoral team, and pupils know who to talk to if they are worried or upset.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"1009\">\n<p data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"1009\"><strong data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"880\">Healthy Lifestyles<\/strong> \u2013 We encourage healthy eating, daily physical activity, and regular outdoor learning to support both physical and mental health.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1197\">\n<p data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1197\"><strong data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1068\">PSHE (Personal, Social, Health &amp; Economic Education)<\/strong> \u2013 Our curriculum helps children learn about themselves, others, and the world around them in a positive and age-appropriate way.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1391\">\n<p data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1391\"><strong data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1227\">Friendship and Kindness<\/strong> \u2013 We promote kindness, inclusion, and respect in everything we do. At home you could figure out a route and do it every day, if you don\u2019t want to travel far, calculate the lap of your house\/garden and how many laps you need to do to cover a mile!
