Ireland is one of the countries visited in &#8216;Around the World in Eighty Days&#8217;, we&#8217;ve just done it slightly out of sync with the other countries! Pupils tried some food they&#8217;ve not eaten before. We made Boxty, which are Irish potato pancakes, and 2 loaves of soda bread, one with fruit and one without. We&#8217;ve also made Barmbrack, a traditional Irish tea loaf. All of these have been eaten (and enjoyed) with some nice Kerrygold Irish butter!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-329\"
