On Monday the 9th of May Louise Sales from SSPCA came to visit Tingwall Primary (Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) She told us about what she does for the SSPCA and showed us videos of animas that they have saved and rehomed. She also told us about what happens if you are cruel to animals and what animals the SSPCA care for.
If you’re cruel to your animals you can either get fined, sent to jail or get banned from owning animals for a year or for the rest ofyour life.
The SSPCA is the only animal charity that cares for every type of animal in Scotland even wild animals like swans, ferrets, wild cats and pets etc.
