We had a great day outside in the sun with giant cardboard boxes.  The class created everything from ice-cream stalls, picnic tables, boats and computers.  What a great learning experience!

We love practising our numbers and find that games are a great way to do this.

We enjoy supporting each other through play.

We have loved the play opportunities that our Seaside topic has provided.  The ice-cream parlour was a huge hit and created a great chance for pupils to be creative, imaginative and responsible.

We used carboard, peanut butter and bird seed to create bird feeders.  We enjoyed getting messy and we felt good knowing that the birds wouldn’t be hungry.

We decorated hard boiled eggs for Easter and rolled them outside the school.  We enjoyed estimating how far they would go before breaking.

We love getting crafty in our classroom!
