500 Word Challenge
My class took part in the 500 word challenge. We all had to write a story of any genre, setting and with any character in 500 words or under. My story was called The Food Potion of Sorcery (that I got wrong), Lewis’ 500 Go Karts, Dhanial’s Time Machines: The Whip Cream Cannon and Timothy’s The Terrible Chef Who Met Gordon Ramsey, all of them good! (I love your title, Timothy!)
Diary of a Wimpy Kid Old School Book Review by Timo
Diary of a Wimpy Kid Old School has a kid called Greg living with his mom, dad, his brother Rodrick and Manny and a pig, they are the Heffely family.
The Heffely family just had their grandad moving in because they raised the rent at Leasure Towers so it was too expensive for him to live in.
Greg’s dad has been cranky since his dad moved in so he saw some mistakes his children made.
Greg has been sent to Hard Scrabble for a week as a school trip late so he was in the leftovers cabin with Rowley his best friend and his father Mr Jefferson who wasn’t a big fan of him.
That was my review of Diary of a Wimpy Kid Old School! 🙂

Welcome to my book blog! I am Sunniva, but you can call me Sunni. This blog is about all the books that I have been reading. (I read a lot of books!) I love to read all kinds of books, but I like ones with lots of illustrations. Graphic novels are good too, but my favourite ones are probably ones with cartoony pictures because they’re more fun.
I love to write my own stories, and illustrate them as well! (This may be why I love the smell of fresh paper notebooks, especially ones with rounded corners and small cream-coloured pages.)
I also write for Dhanial’s time machines blog. It is a great blog and I recommend it! Please enjoy and remember that we are all here to have fun!
