Parent Council

Sound School Parent Council

The Parent Council is made up of parent members, (who represent each year group including the ELCC) and co-opted members.  They are joined by representatives from the Senior Management Team and Teaching staff, as well local Councilors.  There are usually five meetings each academic year including an AGM, which usually takes place in Term 1.

The meetings are usually held in the early evening within the school building, and you are very welcome to come along.  The date and time of the next meeting will be posted on the Sound School Parent Council group page on Facebook but if you do not use Facebook, contact us on the form below for more details.

The Parent Council is here to represent you and your child(ren) as part of the community of Sound Primary School.  We are always keen to hear comments, suggestions and questions.  We will try to answer any queries, signpost to information about events and activities at school and represent the views of parents and carers at the regular meetings.
