- one of the children decided to use chairs to make a bus, then several other children joined in
- the ladies set up a post office for us in the role play area
- we weighed, stamped, did mark making in cards and letters and posted them
- The ladies helped us to make pretend snow
- The ladies mad us a polar express provocation in the tough spot tray using the fake snow, and railways tracks and trains
- We took a walk to the wildlife area in the school, we had our snack, and Mrs Evans read a story, it started to rain but we had our suits on so were nice and dry
- Miss Hutcheson took us to the library and we had a book bug session
- she read ‘we’re going on a bear hunt’

- some primary 6 pupils are coming into nursery twice a week, they are our ‘buddies’
- They helped us to draw pictures to put in our christmas concert leaflet

- We got real snow in the nursery garen!

- it was cold, but we were warm in our suits

- We had a visit from the lollipop man, Tam, he told us how he helps all the children cross the busy road, and why he wears bright colours , and what it says on his lollipop stick
