With this lovely weather we have been having, we decided to time how long it took for a puddle to disappear in the playground.  We measured it’s length and width  every 15 minutes.  We calculated how much it had shrunk by each time. It took just under an hour to disappear.  This tied in well with our Water topic where we have been learning about the water cycle and evaporation.
