We got to use some more great ideas from a SSERC Meet that Mr Renwick attended.

We made Christmas decorations using Chromatography.

Chromatography is a scientific method

We used filter papers, but you could use a circle made from a coffee filter or even a paper towel. Use a felt tipped pen to make either a pattern or a dot in the middle of the circle. Keep going over this, the more times the better – we went for twenty.  Drop water onto the ink. As it spreads out it will take the ink with it. The different colours in the ink will separate out
