Today, readers I`m going to take you on an adventure though the European history of pizza. 

PIZZA <> ITALY

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 300 ml warm water
  • 7 g instant yeast
  • 2 tbs salt
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • Semolina flour

How pizza evolved

Modern, pizza evolved from similar flatbread dishes in Naples. Italy, between the 16th and the mid- 18th century.

FISH AND CHIPS < > UNITED KINGDOM

  • 2 POUNDS WHITE FISH FILLETS ,SUCH AS COD, HADOC,
  • 3 LARGE EGGS BEATEN
  • ½ TBS GARLIC POUDER
  • ½ TBS OF PAPRIKA P
  • 1 CUP CRUSHED POTATO CRISPS
  • ¾ OF BREAD CRUMS
  • ¾ CUP OF MOYONNIAIS
  • 1 TBS LEMON JUICE
  • 2 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
  • ¼ TBS FREASHLY GROUNDED BLACK PEPPER

Fish and chips are as old as mid – 19th century. A portion of cod and chips just costed 10p. In the 1950s!
