- 1 CUP CRUSHED POTATO CRISPS
- ¾ OF BREAD CRUMS
- ¾ CUP OF MOYONNIAIS
- 1 TBS LEMON JUICE
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
- ¼ TBS FREASHLY GROUNDED BLACK PEPPER
Fish and chips are as old as mid – 19th century. A portion of cod and chips just costed 10p. In the 1950s!
