Taking steps to look after your own mental health and wellbeing is good for you, your family and those you look after.<\/p>\n<p>Young Minds have produced a Parents Survival Kit which has sections on helping your child but also on looking after yourself: \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youngminds.org.uk\/parent\/parents-guide-to-looking-after-yourself\/\">Parents&#8217;
