This term as part of the maths curriculum P6s have been looking at formal written methods for setting out addition and subtraction sums. The children have been using \u201cchimney sums\u201d to find totals and differences with numbers up to four digits. We have also spent some time on data handling and practicing multiplication facts.<\/p>\n
