In Art P6 have been learning about the French artist Claude Monet and have used chalk to recreate his impressionist style.<\/p>\n

We started by mixing and blending the chalk to achieve different colours and tones.\u00a0 We then layered on top of that with more chalk, trying to add different marks to create the impression of detail.<\/p>\n

The class have worked very hard and has resulted in lots of beautiful pictures, well done P6! \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n

We will now be moving on to do a similar thing, but this time using paint.<\/p>\n
