As part of our Forces and Energy topic learning, we headed outdoors yesterday to investigate different\u00a0 things that were either magnetic or non-magnetic.\u00a0 We used our communication and cooperation meta skills whilst working in groups and sharing resources.\u00a0 We found several metal objects that were magnetic.\u00a0 \u00a0We used different magnet strengths and discovered that not all metals are magnetic.\u00a0 It was fun!<\/p>\n

Some comments from the children:<\/p>\n

“It was good working in groups and sharing thoughts.”<\/p>\n

“It was nice to learn and not just in the classroom.”<\/p>\n

“We want to do it again!”<\/p>\n

“Next time, we’ll try to use even quieter voices as other classes were working.”<\/p>\n
