We welcomed the Glasgow Science Fair with their ‘Castles Rock’ activities.\u00a0 We learned about life in a castle and did some C.S.I. as part of our groupwork.\u00a0 We investigated various things including the identification of male and female skeletons, what the individuals ate, which weapons were used, what was their diet, where did they come from in the U.K as well as using our numeracy skills to calculate the height of the male and female we were investigating.\u00a0 We focused on our collaborating, curiosity and sense-making meta skills.\u00a0 We had a lot of fun! Thank you to Aileen and David for coming along to visit our school!<\/p>\n
