P4/5/6 had a super trip to the Heritage Centre this morning.

We learned lots about local history – including about the fishing, Symbister House and the lairds of Whalsay! We also got to have a look at the knitwear.

The pupils loved getting to have a look around at the photos and artefacts and watching the videos of fishing on the Azalea!
