Jack and the Beanstalk!
Our topic this term is Fairy Tales, this week we are looking at Jack and the Beanstalk! Primary 2A did a fantastic job at creating our own class beanstalk!

We went to Mareel this morning!
We were all very excited to go on a bus for our school trip today! Lots of happy faces!
We watched a selection of videos some of which have been created in Shetland. We had snack whilst watching the short films.

Stone Painting! 🤩
This week we have stone painting on our craft table. All pupils enjoyed using special pens to create their own stone. I am sure you’ll see a few minions in the photo.

The Missing Number!
Today we played a game where the pupils had to work out the missing number. We did numbers all the way up to 100!
The missing number was 28!
We had a go at writing the number which comes next!
We have also been speaking about why it is important to write the numbers in a particular way.
