P2 have been learning about some famous artists

The children have enjoyed making sunflowers like Vincent Van Gogh -by drawing the sunflowers first and then and using tissue paper to collage the petals.
They have also been looking at Kandinsky and made some drawing and paintings similar to his paintings.
We are looking at Op artists work too.

Home Learning Grid – Weeks 6&7

Hi Primary 2A,
You have a different kind of task to do over the next two weeks.
Please read the information on the grid and let me know if you have any questions. We will go over this in class. All pupils will come home with a Famous Person – Planning Sheet.
So far in class we have looked at range of different famous people from the past. We have looked at Neil Armstrong, Queen Elizabeth, Florence Nightingale and Rosa Park. I am very excited to hear who you all pick and I am looking forward to seeing your posters. Posters can be A4 or A3 and be as creative as you want to be.
Please do let me know if you need to borrow any craft resources from the school.
Thanks
Mr Summers
